We would definitely stay here again. Great location, HUGE deck, great set-up, lovely view - everything you need & more. Loved it!
We liked the place - spacious and great kitchen. Good location except that in being next to a parking lot the plows woke me up form 4 am on eveyr 30 minutes. Nasty stains on the carpet are a turn off but not a deal breaker
We found that the property had everything we needed and all in working order. The views and location were terrific. Some of the edges were worn and a few items needed repair, but none impeded a good vacation stay.

helpful..........the townhouse was clean and bright! it could use some updates.but we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room so it was fine. location- close to everything! first time in new hamshire, and will return again! loved it!
Great location and view. Unit was clean and well maintained. Would like to see a couple of comfortable club chairs added in front of the deck sliders for that winter morning view of the mountain over coffee. Kitchen is superior in terms of layout and counter space. One stove burner was non-functional. I reported it at checkout and based on several past, very positive experiences with Loon Reservation Service, I'm confident it will get repaired quickly. Plenty of dry firewood was provided that we needed for an exceptionally cold weekend. We'll probably use this unit again. My fellow guests loved it.
Overall, I can't say enough about this apartment...location, location, location. On the other side, there are some major upgrades that are needed. 1-Replace bed in Master Bedroom..like sleeping on a rock. 2-Fix Roman Shade in Dining area3-Fill in areas around sprinkler system in Master bath4-Clean up deck facing Loon Mtn, needs some TLC to wood railing and plexy glass panels.5-Fix the ceiling plate for the light over dining table. Finally, update some of the decor...very 80's looking with pink carpet, pictures etc. We totally enjoy our stay, but think some of the upgrades should be done. Glad to see the new stove and new coffee maker!
This was a great location to base out of for hikes throughout the area. The contact at Loon Res durring check in was great (better than that really) and they were all very friendly throughout the process. The unit was in decent condition Things were a bit worn and really was pretty clean. The master bath wasn't so clean but I was able to give it a quick cleaning which took care of it and the rest was great. I would use Loon Res again with confidence.
We have stayed at the Village many times and are always happy with our stay.
