  our stay was wonderful! i cannot say the same for the first woman that we encountered! we tried to get an early check-in (2:00) , she was annoyed at such a request, and extremeley unpleasant. the next woman that checked us in at 4:00 was nice and

  helpful..........the townhouse was clean and bright! it could use some updates.but we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room so it was fine. location- close to everything! first time in new hamshire, and will return again! loved it!

  Overall, I can't say enough about this apartment...location, location, location. On the other side, there are some major upgrades that are needed.
  1-Replace bed in Master Bedroom..like sleeping on a rock.
  2-Fix Roman Shade in Dining area
  3-Fill in areas around sprinkler system in Master bath
  4-Clean up deck facing Loon Mtn, needs some TLC to wood railing and plexy glass panels.
  5-Fix the ceiling plate for the light over dining table. Finally, update some of the decor...very 80's looking with pink carpet, pictures etc. We totally enjoy our stay, but think some of the upgrades should be done. Glad to see the new stove and new coffee maker!

  This was a great location to base out of for hikes throughout the area. The contact at Loon Res durring check in was great (better than that really) and they were all very friendly throughout the process. The unit was in decent condition Things were a bit worn and really was pretty clean. The master bath wasn't so clean but I was able to give it a quick cleaning which took care of it and the rest was great. I would use Loon Res again with confidence.
